No contact from paddle

Try to contact to find out what charge is for. Bot says cannot help but will tell customers support team to email me problem is they have incorrect email for me (or it is fraud) as Bot asked for last 4 numbers of the payment card and amount being charged and once I gave that Bot says is your email: f*****@gmail.com. No it is not.. then bot says no problem well email you.. but wont take my actual email. Circle game
